The Strassler Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Clark University: Informed Activism: Armed Conflict, Scarce Resources, and Congo

The Enough Project’s Raise Hope for Congo Campaign is committed to ensuring as many students as possible are able to attend Clark’s Informed Activism: Armed Conflict, Scarce Resources, and Congo Conference. We are offering a limited number of travel scholarships for students, to be used specifically for airfare, train, bus, car, or other forms of transportation to and from Worcester, MA. These scholarships are not intended to cover the full cost of travel, and stipends will vary depending on the location of your University. Preference will be given to students with a proven commitment to student activism focused on ending the conflict in eastern Congo, and to students with a demonstrated financial need.

We have extended the application deadline to August 23, 2011. You will hear back from us on the status of your application by August 26, 2011. Please note that you will receive your stipend after you have bought your ticket and are able to send us your receipt.
